Cancellation/Modification terms

Cancellation policy is always selected by Seller (Service Provider). Hubeo.com allows 5 pre-defined policies: superflex, flex, moderate, strict, superstrict

How to cancel booking?

The booking can be cancelled only before the start of the booking. Cancellation can be requested on the User Account (Hubeo.com website). The confirmation is sent by email.

Is it allowed to cancel already started booking?

If the service is completly different from the offer presented in Hubeo or the service cannot be rendered because of fault of the Seller, you can report fraud. It can be done on the User Account (Hubeo.com website) till 24 hours after the start of the service

Cancellation policies

Due to the cancellation (triggered by Buyer), the Seller will receive the booking amount reduced by the Hubeo.com commissions and the amount refunded to the Buyer. The refund amounts are calculated according to the Cancellation Policies described below:

Superflex

Buyer will receive 100% (minus the booking fee) of the booking value, if he cancels till 2 days before the start of the service. Buyer will receive 0% of the booking value, if he cancels less then 2 days before the start of the service

Flex

Buyer will receive 100% (minus the booking fee) of the booking value, if he cancels till 5 days before the start of the service. Buyer will receive 50% (minus the booking fee) of the booking value, if he cancels from 2 till 5 days before the start of the service. Buyer will receive 0% of the booking value, if he cancels less then 2 days before the start of the service

Moderate

Buyer will receive 100% (minus the booking fee) of the booking value, if he cancels till 14 days before the start of the service. Buyer will receive 50% (minus the booking fee) of the booking value, if he cancels from 5 till 14 days before the start of the service. Buyer will receive 10% (minus the booking fee) of the booking value, if he cancels from 2 till 5 days before the start of the service. Buyer will receive 0% of the booking value, if he cancels less then 2 days before the start of the service

Strict

Buyer will receive 100% (minus the booking fee) of the booking value, if he cancels till 30 days before the start of the service. Buyer will receive 50% (minus the booking fee) of the booking value, if he cancels from 14 till 30 days before the start of the service. Buyer will receive 10% (minus the booking fee) of the booking value, if he cancels from 5 till 14 days before the start of the service. Buyer will receive 0% of the booking value, if he cancels less then 2 days before the start of the service

Superstrict

Buyer will receive 0% of the booking value.

Refund of paid money

The money is refunded:

  • immediately if the payment was done with credit/debit card
  • within 2 working days if the payment was done with bank transfer. Bank transfer can last few working days.
